The Robertson & Cox Real Estate Team, part of Keller Williams Realty Pulaski, is looking to hire a Buyer’s Agent!

The Buyer’s Agent we are looking for is highly motivated, high energy, optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. Additionally, they demonstrate on a daily basis, the knowledge, attitude, skill, and habits of a high-achieving buyer's agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and always seeking a Win-Win agreement.

Buyer Agent Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Contact all leads and follow up with those leads. 
• Cold Call/Circle & Reverse Prospecting
• Engage new buyer prospects and cultivate those contacts into clients. 
• Schedule appointments, obtain agreements, and conduct a high-level needs analysis. 
• Guide buyers throughout the entire buying process. 
• Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for all buyer clients.
• Develop expert knowledge regarding contracts, neighborhoods, local markets, and all homeownership issues. 
• Promptly return all buyer client phone calls, texts, and emails. 
• Gather and answer buyer’s questions about potential homes and local communities. 
• Facilitate the buyer’s process from start to finish with assistance from the team. 
• Hosting weekend open houses to showcase our listings while having an opportunity to meet new clients and cultivate relationships with those clients.
• Keep lead agents informed on all client communications and developments. 

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a strong rapport with clients quickly. 
• Professional demeanor, communicate with clients in a helpful, positive, and professional manner. 
• Strong written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills. 
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends when most clients are available.
• High ethical standards. 
• “Can do”, team oriented attitude. 
• On-time and punctual. 
• Reliable personal transportation. 
• Highschool diploma. 
• Real Estate License. 
• Successfully closed residential sales are a plus. 
• 1-3 years of industry and sales experience preferred*

• You will have the opportunity to work with our Transaction Coordinator/Admin. Our TC can support you with contract-to-close management. You will have the ability to do more business by having all of the transaction paperwork done for you. 
• You will have the opportunity to work with our Social Media and Web Curator to craft and personalize all of your marketing ads/announcements/etc..
• On-site education, training and coaching to make sure you are up-to-date on all of the latest real estate trends and procedures. 
• Lower cap and costs compared to traditional brokerages.

• The Robertson and Cox Real Estate Team pays for all marketing expenses. (Business cards, stationary/print marketing, client events, closing gifts, Open House materials).  

Compensation

100% commission based
