Sharon Robertson

 With a distinguished real estate career that began in 1999, Sharon Robertson brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion to her clients and community. Starting in property management in Blacksburg, Virginia, she quickly advanced from leasing consultant to property manager, overseeing student housing at Virginia Tech. After meeting her husband, who served aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt in the U.S. Navy, Sharon relocated to Norfolk, Virginia, where she managed a prominent military housing community in Portsmouth until her husband completed his enlistment. In 2006, Sharon returned to her hometown of Radford, Virginia. There, she worked closely with a real estate appraiser for over a decade, deepening her understanding of the industry. In 2017, she became a licensed real estate agent, consistently ranking in the top 20% of her company. Her leadership led her to open two office locations for the firm, further establishing her as a real estate leader in the area. By 2024, Sharon earned her broker’s license and joined forces with RE/MAX 8. Her office in Radford allows her to serve clients throughout the New River Valley. Known for her servant’s heart, Sharon’s goal is always to exceed client expectations by providing exceptional, personalized service. She enjoys connecting with new people, community service, reading, scrapbooking, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and two beloved Chihuahuas, Ralph and Walter. 

Dawn has had a passion for real estate since 1998. She started out her journey as a mortgage loan processor working for a mortgage broker. During that time she branched out to the title side of the real estate industry where she was and still does from time to time execute settlements on purchase and refi transactions (never on any transaction that she is a part of.) Her final and favorite part of her journey is being a Real Estate Agent.

No matter if you are buying or selling, relocating or renting, she loves helping her clients reach their real estate goals. She brings a vast knowledge of the entire real estate industry. Dawn has truly excelled in real esate! She is in the top 20% of her company and  started a very successful team with fellow agent Sharon Robertson, and opened a new office location in Pulaski, VA. She can help her clients buy or sell many types of residential real estate from farms to waterfront homes to townhomes, single family, small homes, big homes, whatever your needs might be! She enjoys working with first time homebuyers and finds it very rewarding helping someone find their 1st home. 

In her spare time, she has a love for animals. She has a precious Shih Tzu Maggie Mae and a miniature horse named Goletas Min Man, aka The Min. He is 3 feet tall but don' t let his size fool you, he is small but mighty, and is quite the character. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, antiquing, boating and classic cars. She currently has a 1970 SS Chevelle that is being restored and a 1988 Formula Firebird. She also enjoys spending time with my friends and family. She loves referrals and returns them back to you- so please pass on all her information!

Dawn specializes in VA loans and loves helping her Vets purchase new homes.

Anneliese is a 2023 Virginia Tech grad with a degree in Business Management. 

She is excited to be working with the R&C team as their newest Buyers Agent and is eager to help buyers find the perfect home or property!

She is a Radford native and in her free time she enjoys running, going to VT football games, and hanging out with family and friends. 

 Julianna is the teams Director of Operations and Transaction Coordinator. Julianna received her Real Estate license and joined The Team in 2021. She handles the behind the scenes of the day to day for the team and helps our clients get to the closing table with ease.

Julianna enjoys reading in her hammock, painting, and watching the sunrises and sunsets. She has a passion for helping others and has recently embarked to Johannesburg, South Africa on a mission trip to help spread the Gospel and will continue to other locations as they become available. 

The Team could not function at the level they do without the expertise of Julianna.  She is a Jill of all trades!
